We have a number of architect partners collaborating with us to create residential and commercial buildings. Please contact us to learn more.

All of our custom metal buildings are prefabricated using nationwide standards for steel buildings, and assembled by our certified commercial or residential steel erectors.

No. Steel/Metal Building framing components weigh up to 60% less than conventional wood framing components. The foundations, and even the seismic design loads can be smaller. This leads to some companies pouring a 4″ foundation which is the bare minimum and can cause problems down the road.

We at Grow Metal Buildings only pour a 6″ foundation which gives better all around durability and many more years of service.

Yes, but in a positive way. Metal Building Construction has a positive impact by eliminating the need for pesticides to prevent termites and chemicals required to weatherproof lumber.

Steel/Metal framing is recommended by the Healthy House Institute for chemically sensitive and environmentally conscious homeowners who seek good indoor air quality. Steel frames do not need to be treated for termites and are free of resin adhesive and chemicals normally present in conventional construction materials.
